This type of work includes the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems of a building. These are the main arteries of any structure distributing air conditioning, heat, water and electricity throughout. Some work items that fall under this category are cooling towers, boilers and all associated piping, domestic water pumps, sewage ejector pumps, electrical controls, HVAC and fire suppression systems.
